For the first year, your Alien Press is covered by our full warranty. If you believe something has failed, contact us and we will help determine the next step under the warranty.

Replacement Parts
After the full warranty period ends, Alien Press provides three additional years of replacement-parts coverage. If a covered component fails, we will provide the replacement part you need.
02 // PARTS SUPPORT
If something fails, we help you get it changed.
During the three-year parts-replacement period, the replacement part is covered. Labor to diagnose or install that part is not included in the parts coverage.
We do not want to hand you a part and leave you guessing. Alien Press will publish videos and written instructions designed to walk owners through replacement procedures whenever practical.

If a covered component fails during the three-year replacement-parts period, Alien Press provides the replacement component.
Labor is separate.
The parts-replacement coverage does not include labor to install the component.
